The Zebra Technologies Internship Program is designed to bridge the gap between academia and the professional world, equipping talented college students for a successful career in business. We provide a holistic experience that immerses you in our organization, allowing you to fully envision your future with Zebra. To position you for success, the program includes targeted training, exposure to diverse business functions, social networking events, a dedicated professional mentor, and development sessions designed to help you discover and sharpen your unique performance edge.
In this specific role, you will take ownership of a critical initiative: creating the definitive playbook for onboarding new suppliers and offboarding existing ones. You will be responsible for detailing the complete process map, defining owners and lead times, mapping dependencies, and identifying key milestones and completion criteria. This project offers an unparalleled opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners and gain deep, practical insight into Zebra's internal operations.
This role is expected to start in May and run through August.

Responsibilities:
- Discovery & Analysis: Conduct stakeholder interviews to document the current state of supplier management, identifying existing processes, pain points, and critical risk areas.
- Benchmarking: Leverage market intelligence and industry best practices to benchmark and identify opportunities for improving Zebra's supplier onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Process Design & Optimization: Design and propose an optimized, end-to-end process flow, incorporating feedback from cross-functional stakeholders to gain final approval.
- Documentation & Governance: Create detailed process maps and a comprehensive RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) chart to ensure clear ownership and accountability.
- Communication & Reporting: Establish a regular communication cadence with management, providing clear and concise readouts on project milestones, progress, and dependencies.

THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP. THIS INTERN MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE AT ZEBRA'S MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO OFFICE AT LEAST 3 DAYS/WEEK.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a MBA with an anticipated graduation date by May 2027
- Must be authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- A proactive and intellectually curious learner with a passion for personal growth.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to transform data into insights and strategic solutions.
- Proven leadership and a history of excellence in professional, academic, or other settings.
- Highly collaborative with demonstrated success working within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern AI productivity tools.
Rate: CAD $20.50 - CAD $29.50 hourly
