The 3D Render Artist, Senior is responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic or stylized 3D renderings and animations for various marketing projects within Zebra’s in-house creative agency, Twenty6 Studios. This role operates under minimal supervision and collaborates closely with the Creative Director, art directors, designers, and the video production team. The ideal candidate will possess strong artistic and technical skills in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, with a strict attention to
detail and outstanding organizational skills. This individual will be a key contributor in visualizing products and concepts, ensuring all outputs adhere to corporate brand guidelines and project timelines, and will have a passion for delivering visually stunning and accurate final renders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create high -fidelity 3D models, textures, materials, and lighting for product renderings and marketing visuals.
• Produce photorealistic and stylized 3D renderings and animations from concept to final execution, often with quick turnarounds.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, understand project goals, and ensure visual consistency.
• Manage multiple rendering projects in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, working against project timelines.
• Optimize 3D assets for use across various platforms, including web, video, and print.
• Maintain and organize a library of 3D models and assets for efficient reuse.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to modeling, texturing, and rendering.
• Research and implement new 3D techniques, software, and industry best practices to enhance visual quality and workflow efficiency.
• Consistently demonstrate an understanding of Zebra’s brand standards and serve as a brand steward for 3D visualizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an art or a related design field such as computer graphics, digital
  media, or visual communications.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in production design at a creative/advertising agency or
  in-house creative agency
• Professional experience creating high -quality 3D renders in a fast -paced environment.
• Proficiency with industry -standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Maya) and rendering engines (e.g., V -Ray, Redshift, Octane, Cycles).
• Expert knowledge of 3D principles, including modeling, UV mapping, texturing, lighting, composition, and color theory.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) for texture creation and post - production.
• Proven experience working with and optimizing 3D CAD data
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and time -management skills.
• Superior attention to detail and a strong eye for photorealism and aesthetics.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of skill in 3D rendering and visualization must be submitted for consideration.
