The Position
Zebra is seeking an Account Manager for the industrial domain. The account manager's mission is to implement a sales strategy that strengthens Zebra's footprint and builds strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers at the major accounts they are responsible for.

Zebra recherche un Account Manager pour le domaine de l’industrie.
les missions de l’account manager est de déployer une stratégie de vente qui renforce l'empreinte de Zebra et bâtit des relations solides et durables avec les décideurs clés chez les clients grand comptes dont il a la responsabilité
Responsibilities:
- Implement the commercial strategy to meet client needs, create high-impact presentations, and proactively market a wide range of solutions.
- Directly handle financial aspects to ensure profitable revenue growth and present comprehensive and complex solutions that meet client needs.
- Use in-depth knowledge of the field and solutions as a competitive advantage and contribute to the development of new Zebra products and services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their industry, business drivers, and financial situation. Interact with multiple decision-makers and the client's ecosystem on large and complex contracts.
- Demonstrate considerable latitude in making decisive decisions and exercise independent judgment, under the supervision of the sales director.

- Agit comme un conseiller de confiance pour les clients, en comprenant leur secteur, leurs moteurs commerciaux et leur situation financière. Interagit avec de multiples décideurs, l’écosystème du client sur des contrats importants et complexes.
- Fait preuve d'une grande latitude pour prendre des décisions décisives et exerce un jugement indépendant, sous la supervision du directeur commercial
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; a postgraduate degree is a plus. Fluent in English.
- Key Skills: Experience in negotiation (listening, empathy, organization, managing client pressure, tenacity, and responsiveness).
- Autonomy, results-driven, interest in digital technology, team spirit.
- Expérience: 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle
- Formation: Licence ou expérience équivalente requise ; un diplôme d'études supérieures est un plus. Anglais Courant
- Compétences Clés: Expérience en négociation (écoute, empathie, organisation, gestion pression client, pugnacité et réactivité)
- Autonomie, Gout du résultat, Intérêt pour le digital, esprit d’équipe.
