Role Responsibilities

1. Reclutamiento de personal a nivel operativo y administrativo.*
2. Selección de personal a nivel operativo y administrativo.*
3. Contratación de personal a nivel operativo y administrativo.*
4. Recepción de documentación de personal de nuevo ingreso y armado de expedientes.
5. Envío de altas de personal al Generalista de Recursos Humanos.
6. Elaboración de incidencias de la zona y envío al Generalista de Recursos Humanos Agave Sr.*
7. Apoyo en capacitación y entrenamiento.*
8. Control, registro y elaboración de reportes para asistencia de los biométricos.*
9. Elaboración de reportes que justifiquen los NO registros de los biométricos.
10. Seguimiento de información de KPI's de todo el personal de la región.
