Description

Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they're well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. If you're ready to work on our planes, join our Tech Ops experts and help keep our fleet in tip-top shape.
Job overview and responsibilities:
- Performs all aspects of aircraft maintenance work including servicing, repair, and proper work documentation in accordance with company procedures and specifications
- May be required to exercise Aircraft Release Authority
- Demonstrates initiative and leadership to other A&P Mechanics
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of local Mechanic Qualification Requirements. Hold ANAC License
- Must have three (3) years experience of aircraft B737, B777 and B787 or similar type
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Must hold a valid Passport and U.S. Visa
- Regular and punctuality in compliance with United's policies is required
- Must be flexible to work ANY shift that is assigned to you within a 24 hour, 7 day a week operation which can include late nights, early hours, weekends and holiday
- Attendance is required at work location
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Must be legally authorized to work in Argentina for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred Qualifications:
- FAA and A&P licenses
