What You'll Do

As our AM Culinary Supervisor, you'll play a hands-on leadership role in our restaurant kitchens, setting the tone for quality, teamwork, and consistency. You will:

• Oversee daily culinary operations for restaurant outlets
• Ensure consistent, high-quality food production that exceeds guest expectations
• Support and train cooks across multiple stations
• Lead the team in the absence of a Sous Chef
• Maintain high standards for safety, sanitation, teamwork, and efficiency
• Contribute to cost-control efforts and productivity goals

This is a Full-Time position requiring schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

You're a strong match for this role if you:

• Bring 2+ years of culinary experience
• Have basic cost-control knowledge
• Are skilled across a variety of cooking methods and stations
• Communicate clearly and lead with confidence
• Stay calm, professional, and positive-even during high-volume periods
• Have the stamina to stand for the full shift and lift/push/pull moderate weight
• Are passionate about food, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Culinary degree or hotel culinary experience preferred
