What You'll Do
As our AM Culinary Supervisor, you'll play a hands-on leadership role in our restaurant kitchens, setting the tone for quality, teamwork, and consistency. You will:
- Oversee daily culinary operations for restaurant outlets
- Ensure consistent, high-quality food production that exceeds guest expectations
- Support and train cooks across multiple stations
- Lead the team in the absence of a Sous Chef
- Maintain high standards for safety, sanitation, teamwork, and efficiency
- Contribute to cost-control efforts and productivity goals
This is a Full-Time position requiring schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications

You're a strong match for this role if you:
- Bring 2+ years of culinary experience
- Have basic cost-control knowledge
- Are skilled across a variety of cooking methods and stations
- Communicate clearly and lead with confidence
- Stay calm, professional, and positive-even during high-volume periods
- Have the stamina to stand for the full shift and lift/push/pull moderate weight
- Are passionate about food, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Culinary degree or hotel culinary experience preferred
