SUMMARY

Empower is offering an exciting Apprenticeship Program for B.Com fresh graduates to kick-start their careers in Financial Operations. This program provides structured training and hands-on exposure to financial operations, reconciliations, compliance, and reporting processes. Apprentices will work closely with senior professionals, gaining practical knowledge and building skills for a long-term career in financial services operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Process and validate financial/transactional data accurately and within deadlines.
• Perform reconciliations, settlements, and exception management.
• Support the preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and audit documentation.
• Carry out data entry, verification, and back-office record maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Learn and work on Empower's internal systems, tools, and workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com - Accounting, Finance, or related specialization).
• Strong understanding of commerce and finance fundamentals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite; knowledge of ERP/finance tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork ability.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a process-driven environment.

Base Salary Range
$250,000.00 - $460,000.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
