SummaryHyatt Regency Lost Pines is in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic leader to join our Food & Beverage team. As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the resort's food and beverage operations.
Responsibilities may include:
- Scheduling and Managing Operations: Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by training, developing, and promoting our talented team members.
- Leadership and Coaching: Inspire and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve high employee satisfaction.
- Creative Strategy Implementation: Collaborate on innovative strategies to enhance revenue and manage costs effectively.
- Compliance and Procedures: Ensure all operations comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as our internal procedures.
This is a great leadership opportunity with potential exposure to multiple Food and Beverage outlets. This highly visible role also gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on the guest experience.

Qualifications
- 2+ years prior F&B Leadership experience preferred
- Refined written and verbal communication skills
- Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
- Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills
- This position requires open availability. Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
