Description
SummaryHotel Daphne is seeking a Beverage Manager who is a dynamic leader with a passion for crafting exceptional guest experiences. This individual will take ownership of our beverage program, ensuring every drink served is crafted to delight and impress. You'll lead by example, inspire the bar team, and collaborate closely with F&B leadership to elevate the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all bar operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as hotel operating procedures.
- Develop and manage a creative beverage program, including signature cocktails and seasonal menus.
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and training for the bar team.
- Maintain strong floor presence, engaging guests and mentoring staff.
- Monitor beverage cost control and inventory management.

Qualifications
- Two (2) years related experience in hospitality or service industry
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED). College Degree preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers.
- Beverage cost control experience preferred.
- Sets a high standard of care and respect for colleagues.
- Ability to read, interpret and create documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Computer proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word, Property Management Systems (PMS), and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
