Mission & Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating and executing development projects under the OPTIMAP framework.
- Ensure communication and alignment between engineering, production, and quality teams.
- Monitor project planning, costs, risks, and deliverables, and support reporting and gateway preparation.
- Assist with budget tracking, cost follow-up, and investment monitoring.
- Support customer activities such as APQP, PPAP, build events, and technical reviews.
- Contribute to the industrialization phase, ensuring plant readiness for serial production.
- Identify and follow up on scope changes and deviations, proposing corrective actions.
- Apply internal standards and best practices to ensure efficient project execution.
- Promote team coordination and continuous improvement within the project environment.
Competencies & Requirements
- Technical degree in engineering, production, or industrial field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an industrial or automotive environment.
- Good understanding of development and serial production processes.
- Strong organization, coordination, and communication skills.
- Fluent in German, with professional English.
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and eager to learn within a dynamic project context.
