Business Analysts support the operations they are aligned with by providing reporting, interpretation and data-based recommendations to business leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Develops reports and analyzes for data accuracy. Analyzes root quality issues and makes recommendations to more senior staff for resolution
• Designs reports analyzing data from one or multiple systems to key specifications of more senior staff and business stakeholders
• Provides analysis on business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers
• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
• May be responsible for data governance processes and quality in assigned area of responsibility

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 years experience
• Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations
• Beginner systems knowledge in assigned functional area
• Microsoft Excel - intermediate skills
• Microsoft PowerPoint - beginner to intermediate
• Presentation skills - basic skills required. Some formal training in public speaking/presentation skills preferred
