Description

Must have compact nursing license.
Must have an allocated in home work space free of distraction and noise.
Must be able to urgently assess patient needs via phone and provide immediate symptom management advice, prioritize care for timely intervention and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient comfort and quality of life. Manage after hours calls and escalate critical situation while maintaining detailed EMR documentation and adherence to hospice regulations.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Current unencumbered Multi state compact Registered Nurse License.
Must have HS field experience
