About the role

Purpose of the role:

Drive commercial transformation across EE markets by uncovering growth opportunities through deep, multi-source analysis of commercial performance. Provide actionable insights and investment recommendations to optimize growth capture across on- and off-trade sub-channels and ensure the most efficient allocation of resources.

Role Responsibilities

• Generate actionable insights that drive commercial transformation and profitable growth across EE markets.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses using multiple internal and external data sources (Nielsen, IWSR, ANAPLAN, activation and RTC scorecards) to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of monthly data and reports from market partners to support consistent tracking and analysis.
• Monitor and simplify analytical processes to ensure scalability, speed, and accuracy of ongoing performance tracking.
• Support investment optimization by analyzing trade and A&P spend effectiveness across markets and channels.

Key deliverables:

- Support Commercial Transformation - Support the commercial transformation of EE markets by identifying and unlocking growth opportunities across both on-trade and off-trade channels. Perform deep-dive analysis across multiple data sources (Nielsen, IWSR, ANAPLAN, RTC and activation scorecards) to guide investment decisions and channel prioritization.

- Data complexity reduction - Identify opportunities to gather commercial data efficiently and quickly update key analysis to continuously monitor updates regarding the generated insights.

- Support International Key Accounts - Collect, monitor, and analyze IKA performance, commercial conditions, and strategic plans.

Experience / skills required

• Work experience as analyst in commercial functions from 2-3 years
• Experience translating analytical findings into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Ability to support cross-market transformation initiatives.
• Technical knowledge: Capable of conducting deep analysis in Excel, capable of summarizing and showcasing generated insights in Power Point
• Fluent in English language, Hungarian is NOT mandatory
