SummaryCook 4 Breakfast at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center must have an in-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations. Capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner, and will daily monitor food production, quality and consistency, staffing levels and department training.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of professional cooking experience, including high volume restaurant experience and banquet production experience. This position will be responsible for common breakfast items including Omelets, Scrambled Egg, French Toast, Pancakes, Hashbrowns etc., along with prep cooking. Candidate must display good communication skills, as well as advanced knowledge of different preparation methods. Formal culinary training preferred. Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, cost control, communication skills, computer skills, organizational skills, guest contact experience and culinary teaching skills and knowledge.
This position involves standing on feet for long periods of time and requires the ability to lift, push and carry moderate amounts of weight. Candidates must have open availability, on any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
Qualifications for this position:
- Good Communication skills required.
- At least 5 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred.
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
- Able to work most stations of the kitchen.
- Must be able to work morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The hourly rate for this position is $27.41.
