Customer Resolution Specialist Sr. (XactAnalysis experience required)

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To coordinate inspections and repairs for all assigned issues and to recommend expenditures involving warranty resolutions. Provides resolution for difficult issues and assignments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviews and confirms warranty coverage upon notice from a homeowner or carrier.
• Plans and negotiates resolution to the most issues and assignments.
• Obtains approval for expenditures involving warranty resolutions.
• Locates and assigned available network contractors and non-network contractors.
• Produces correspondence and reports.
• Acts as a mentor to less experienced customer resolution colleagues.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports the organization's quality program(s).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing
Associate's Degree preferred.

Experience
Three (3) years customer resolution and concierge/performance experience or and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience using Chronicle and Xactimate preferred.
