The Digital Content Strategist will work with digital experience and data syndication teams to gather, create, and normalize product data for syndication to Zebra.com and other digital platforms as part of the How to Buy Phase 2 project. Under the guidance of the project his person will organize that information in a way that is intuitive to customers so they can find what they need on their path to purchase a Zebra device

Location- ***Role is required to be onsite in Bogota Colombia office (Hybrid- Minimum of 3 days in the office per week).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to resolve website errors -
• Upload digital assets into digital asset management system and tag with appropriate metadata -
• Maintain device support pages within the Adobe Experience Manager CMS based on input fromproduct managers, engineers, digital marketing, SEO/analytics team, sales, and other key business owners to ensure adherence to brand standards and strategic direction -
• Lightly edit content delivered from the business for accuracy, consistency and grammar; suggest design and content improvements to better create an intuitive, consistent customer experience
• Continually review and optimize assets and pages to resolve any broken links, issues or bugs, and to improve search engine position
• Participate in User Research activities around improving the Customer Self-Service experience on Zebra.com - Work closely with Services and Support teams to ensure business strategy and goals are understood while creating/recommending content that bridges the gap between business requirements and user needs as per the buyers journey -
• Work with Analytics team to pull reports and gain insights on the performance of pages and assets on the Customer Self-Service pages

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Library Sciences, Humanities, Media/Journalism or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing content for a high traffic website
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong proofreading and editing skills in English

Preferred Requirements:

• Extremely organized, ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at one time
• Self-directed (some work will be remote); willing to try different avenues to solve problems
• Basic HTML knowledge and experience with a content management system such as Adobe Experience Manager
• Basic image production skills in Photoshop or similar tool
