Growing together.Pharmacy Care Services is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director to develop and drive contract intelligence initiatives across our pharmacy services portfolio. This role will be responsible for working with a Senior Director to identify new script intelligence opportunities, develop and engage with strategic partnerships and drive measurable growth through innovative marketing and account management strategies. The Director of Script Intelligence will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external provider stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional value to our partners. They will be expected to assist with the definitions of script prioritization and providing clear prioritization to our operations teams on script prioritization. They will influence internal workflows and use analytical tools to identify priority scripts for fulfillment.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, marketing acumen, relationship management (internal & external) and operational execution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare innovation, experienced in navigating complex provider ecosystems and skilled at influencing senior stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Provider Engagement & Growth
- Assist with the development and execution of strategic plans to target new script targeting opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Liaise with and assist cross-functional teams to deliver tailored script prioritization that drive high margin referrals, revenue and market share
- Serve as a point of contact for key provider accounts, ensuring alignment with Pharmacy Care Services' growth objectives
Marketing & Communications Leadership
- Assist with the creation of go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and materials that differentiate Pharmacy Care Services in the provider space
- Partner with sales, clinical, legal, and digital teams to deliver compelling messaging and value propositions
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all provider-facing materials and channels
Account Strategy & Performance
- Drive strategic account planning for assigned account, including opportunity identification, contract negotiation, and performance tracking
- Monitor ROI of provider marketing initiatives and optimize based on data-driven insights
- Assist renewal and upsell efforts for assigned accounts, ensuring sustained growth and client satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Influence and align internal stakeholders across product, operations, technology, and sales to support provider growth initiatives
- Represent the voice of the provider in internal script planning and product development discussions
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence across teams

Required Qualifications:
- Progressive experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or provider services
- Proven success in strategic account management and growth delivery
- Experience working with C-suite executives and managing complex provider relationships
- Proven solid analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated Power BI, SQL knowledge
- Ability to travel up to 10% and work in a hybrid environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in US healthcare, managed services, or health tech. Knowledge of the PBM and/or pharmacy healthcare landscape in the US
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing analytics, and performance tracking
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership
- Background in care continuum delivery, analytics, or revenue cycle services

- Skilled in influencing and building consensus across leadership groups
- High emotional intelligence and situational awareness
- Ability to lead through change and foster innovation
