- Completely own the delivery/architecture of the product modules end to end. Deliver AI first solution integra ng with various AWS bedrock solutions with minimum latency and high accuracy.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in understanding business requirements
- Understand low level requirements via PRD's(Product Requirement Document) and FSDs(Functional Specification Document)
- Lead and provide technical guidance and support to team members in architecting, designing and implementing solutions
- Work with team and introduce new coding and code review guidelines, as needed, to ensure that team is always producing very high-quality code
- Mentor team in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues as and when needed
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices and implement them in the product to improve the overall product efficiency and performance
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 14+ years of experience in developing software products primarily using Java as a programing language
- Good experience in Frameworks like Spring (Model-View-Controller/Inverse of Control/ Aspect-Oriented Programming) and ORM as Hibernate
- Experience in working on AI technologies like: LLM Models, Co-Pilot, GenAI/Prompt Engineering
- Expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and practices and an inclina on to do hands on coding
- SQL knowledge preferably with Oracle as Database
- Proven solid technical leader who can architect and deliver a highly configurable, scalable, and AI driven solution that transforms the way the product currently operates
- Proven excellent problem solving and debugging skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop High & low-level design
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing software products
- Experience in BRMS (Business Rule Management Systems) tools and technologies, especially with authoring rules in DMN (Decision Model and Nota on)
- Exposure to AWS cloud
- Knowledge of US healthcare domain
- Working knowledge on React JS
