The Role
The Director, World of Hyatt, Global Marketing is responsible for leading the brand positioning, brand identity, consumer marketing, and sponsorships for the World of Hyatt brand and portfolio, partnering with key stakeholders, including brand, regional marketing, digital, and others, to bring content and campaigns to life across all key global markets.
Demonstrated excellence in brand building, consumer marketing, activation, and cross-functional partnership is critical to success in this position.
• Lead the vision for the World of Hyatt brand, bringing to life across all paid and owned touchpoints to drive brand awareness, affinity, and loyalty enrollment/engagement
• Drives global marketing strategic planning and implementation, working with brand and regional teams to ensure alignment
• Develops and implements best-in-class marketing efforts, driven by strong consumer insights, cross-functional partnerships, and agency relationships
• Leads strategic global partnerships and brand sponsorships to drive guest, customer, and member engagement
• Leads Americas marketing strategy and execution efforts
• Opportunities to participate in Hyatt's Inclusion activities
Qualifications
Experience Required:
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, advertising, or other equivalent business/ function role
• Integrated marketing and creative development
• Agency management
Experience Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business management, marketing, or a related field
• Brand builder with a proven track record of leading multi-functional teams and driving results
• Experience with brand sponsorships and activations
• Must be creative, resourceful, and decisive with strong problem-solving and team/consensus building skills, able to manage multiple projects, meet/exceed deadlines and expectations, and adjust quickly and effectively to change
• Creative & open-minded thinker

The salary range for this position is $131,300 to $175,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
