About the Role:
We're seeking a diligent, insight-driven eCommerce Analyst to support our growing eCommerce team. This role is critical in creating a unified source of truth across multiple platforms, enabling the eCommerce team to develop compelling, data-backed strategies that drive sales and market share growth. Key Responsibilities:
Data Integration: Consolidate data from diverse sources (retailers, platforms, internal systems) into cohesive, reliable reporting frameworks.
Insight Generation: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support sales, marketing, and strategy development from partners like DoorDash, Instacart, and UberEats.
Reporting Ownership: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that serve as the single source of truth for eCommerce performance.
Stakeholder Support: Partner closely with eCommerce Managers to identify business opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and support customer-facing storytelling.
Measurement & Optimization: Develop Key Performance Indicators, track campaign performance, and provide recommendations to optimize Return On Investment and drive growth.
Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of category and platform-level trends, uncovering signals that can inform proactive strategy shifts.
What You Bring:
Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect the dots between data and commercial priorities to deliver meaningful insights.
Communication Skills: Able to distill data into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Team Player: You collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams and prioritize shared business outcomes.
Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics in a digital or CPG environment, 3-5 years preferred.
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms and understanding of retail media is strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience managing multiple data sources and/or building reporting infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Prior experience supporting sales, marketing, or commercial teams a plus.
