The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee our signature outlets, including the refined Two Sisters Restaurant, lively Bar 50, refreshing Pool Bar, convenient Perks Coffee Bar, and our essential grab‑and‑go Market. If you're passionate about hospitality, energized by diverse operations, and ready to elevate one of Coral Gables' most iconic hotels, this role is your opportunity to shine.
This position is responsible for supporting the hotel's entire Food & Beverage Division, including staff training, interdepartmental communication, project management, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and effective leadership abilities.
In addition to assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department, the Food & Beverage Manager will respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns, ensuring appropriate action is taken to deliver exceptional service and uphold guest satisfaction. This role will also support operational needs across all areas, including the restaurant and banquet operations.
The Food & Beverage Manager reports directly to the hotel's Director of Operations.
Other Duties Include
- Each and counsel hotel colleagues to reflect Hyatt Service Standards and Procedures
- Maintain excellent communication within the Food & Beverage Division and other hotel departments
- Analyze, investigate, and resolve guest complaints
- Create expectations, lead people, manage processes, and hold people accountable for the agreed upon activities and timetables
- Ensure proper staffing levels for customer service goals and support with coverage of departments within Food & Beverage

Qualifications
- Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
- 2+years management experience within the F&B Divisions of a hotel
- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service, and ability to improve the bottom line
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
- Possess a demonstrated ability to prioritize and see projects and tasks through to completion
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
- Candidates should be open-minded, having a desire to experiment and test new ideas to challenge the status quo
