We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Antlers Steakhouse. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a love for hospitality, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional service. As the F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient operation of Maude's, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor staff to ensure productivity, quality, and exceptional customer service.
• Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory, control stock, and minimize waste.
• Event Coordination: Organize special events and promotional activities to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Prior serving or bartending experience as is a plus
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• TABC and Texas Food Handler's Certification is required
