The Food & Beverage Supervisor Food & Beverage Supervisor supports daily operations, leads the service team, and ensures an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced outdoor environment, enjoys coaching others, and takes pride in creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests and associates alike.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the Old Buck's team , providing coaching, direction, and daily operational guidance
- Assist management by taking on leadership responsibilities, including training, scheduling, payroll support, and interviewing
- Ensure smooth communication between culinary and front‑of‑house teams to maintain fast, accurate service
- Uphold product quality and service standards , ensuring every drink, dish, and interaction reflects Hyatt's hospitality values
- Foster strong relationships with team members, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally

- A genuine desire to serve others and create exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced setting
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- TABC and Food Handler's certification is required
- Minimum age of 21 yearsand have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior serving or bartending experience as is preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations and proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- A collaborative, upbeat leadership style that fits the lively poolside atmosphere
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
