The Food & Beverage Supervisor will assist in the daily oversight of our signature outlets, including the refined Two Sisters Restaurant, lively Bar 50, refreshing Pool Bar, convenient Perks Coffee Bar, and our essential grab‑and‑go Market. The Food & Beverage Manager reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Role involves but not limited to:

• Supervise daily operations across the restaurant, bar, café, or colleague dining areas.
• Ensure service standards, hygiene, and safety protocols are consistently met.
• Monitor floor activity to maintain smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and shift coverage as needed.

• Monitor guest feedback and collaborate with management to enhance service quality.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members during service.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and reinforce service, safety, and quality expectations.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new colleagues.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture
• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Monitor labor, supplies, and operational costs to align with departmental goals.
• Complete shift reports and communicate key operational updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all liquor laws, food safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, storage rooms, and equipment.
• Support regular audits, inspections, and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to Hyatt's purpose of care-creating a welcoming, inclusive, people-first environment for guests and colleagues.
• 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience, with previous supervisory or lead responsibilities preferred.
• Strong service‑driven mindset, consistently delivering warm, genuine hospitality and resolving guest needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams, foster belonging, and support a culture of respect, collaboration, and colleague well‑being.
• Understanding of Hyatt operational and service standards, including quality, presentation, and cleanliness expectations.

• Working knowledge of POS systems, inventory practices, and basic administrative processes used in F&B operations.
