The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for all areas of the food and beverage function. This includes but is not limited to managing inventories/budget, managing cost of food and beverage, scheduling and overseeing of events, banquets or meetings. In addition, this position will assist in training employees.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or similar setting
• Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
• Customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Familiar with Micros
