Job Description

Hyatt Regency Baytown - Houston is seeking a dedicated and service-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlets. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining Hyatt brand standards, and supporting the F&B leadership team in the smooth execution of restaurant, lounge, market, and banquet operations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate and guide our team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Food & Beverage or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Knowledge of banquet service, restaurant operations, and upscale guest service standards preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
