This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. Guest Services Manager oversees the daily operations of the Front Desk, Bell, Valet, and Overnight teams, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience. This leader supports and develops associates through coaching, direction, and hands‑on guidance, and will be responsible for training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing.
The salary rate for this opportunity is $85,000 - $95,000.00 This is the annual pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factor including experience, and training levels.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
- 2-3 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (typically with Hyatt)
- Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
