Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as developer
• Act as a technical develper for the team, interact with onshore architect, technical leads and business analyst and explains requirements to team members
• Participate in solutioning and development of existing and new features
• Drive technical quality and delivery for a scrum team
• Works on complex user stories
• Proactive for looking at span of ownership and adjacent areas with a start-up mind set, demonstrates thought leadership and looks for value creation opportunities like process optimization, improvement in user experience, reduction in engineering costs, reduction in infra costs, reduction in cycle times, reduction in tech debt etc
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B.E/B.TECH/MCA
• 3+ years of experience on full stack Java and Angular based development
• Experience on Cloud computing technologies
• Hands-on experience on Springboot applications with high configurability
• Hands-on on API Development leveraging Open API standards
• Basic understanding of AI and AI enabled development
• Solid knowledge on Azure Cloud and Kubernetes
• Understanding of functional area and feature
• Good understanding of who are end users, who is customer, understanding of end-user pain points
• Good on design and application architecture principles and should have good handle on GoF design patterns
• Proven solid object-oriented programming skills
• Proven solid analytical skills and experience on proof-of-concept development
• Proven to be a good Team player, change/innovation agents and self-starter on different techs
• Proven to be ready to take up any technical challenges and should be research oriented
