Description

This role leads the Guest Services department, which includes key service-providing teams such as bell, door, and valet, while working closely with other departments and directors to ensure seamless operations. It supervises, coaches, and motivates the Guest Services team to achieve exceptional guest service results and strong colleague engagement. Responsibilities include reviewing staffing needs, providing coaching and direction, and participating in training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing processes. Additionally, the role ensures clear communication and alignment among guests, colleagues, and other departments by reviewing hotel events and activities.
As a highly visible hospitality leader, this position engages in frequent guest interaction, contributes directly to shaping the guest experience, and requires extensive knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues, and available transportation options.
Salary Range - $76,700 - $115,300

Qualifications
- Experience and thorough understanding of guest services.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional skills in staff training, performance coaching, and employee engagement.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
