The ideal candidate for the Human Resources/Colleague Experience Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities will include but are not limited to event planning for colleague activities, managing the dining experience in our colleague cafeteria, benefit administration, recruitment and retention, employee/labor relations, payroll, safety, training, colleague development, project management, etc. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. This person must have the ability to run a human resource office in the Director's absence.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual - Spanish required)
• 2 or more years of human resource or management experience preferred
• Must possess the following strengths: high energy, results driven, passion, motivational leader, effective and open communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
• Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
