Growing together.Upon the order of a qualified physician, the Lead Mammography Technologist will utilize equipment which produces ionizing radiation to obtain images for diagnostic purposes according to policies, procedures, and protocols of the KSC Radiology Department and Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. Equipment includes but is not limited to mammography and DEXA studies, in addition to general radiographic studies, fluoroscopic studies, ASC procedures, and/or SCNB procedures with designated Radiology Information System (RIS) and designated PACS system. Functions as a team leader, with appropriate attention to team development and success of department. May be assigned to other duties, technical or non-technical if training, experience, and credentials are deemed adequate by supervisor to perform those duties.

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED. Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program
- PACS and RIS
- ARRT (R)(M) MRT- General Certificate
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- 3+ years in mammography or 1+ years KSC mammography and 1+ years in mammography quality control
- Experience using Microsoft
- Knowledge of mammography quality assurance measures and accreditation requirements
- Demonstrated excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates in Applied Science-Radiology Technology
- X-ray, DEXA and SCNB
- Additional QM registry
- Bilingual
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $34.23 to $61.15 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
