Description
Join our dynamic team to innovate and drive technology advancements, contributing to significant business growth and client success.As a Lead Technical Program Manager within the Corporate Technology, Employee Platforms Delivery and Execution team, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership skills to drive and deliver complex, firmwide technology and transformative initiatives. You will drive iterative delivery, foster collaboration across engineering, architecture, and business teams, and leverage data visualization tools to communicate project progress and insights. Your expertise in adaptive project management will enable you to deliver innovative solutions that support organizational transformation and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee large-scale transformation initiatives and projects, utilizing various project management approaches and frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project and program plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery and seamless integration with existing systems and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering, architecture, product, and other stakeholders-to define scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and identifying opportunities for process improvement, digitalization, and operational efficiency.
- Drive the adoption and integration of new technologies and processes, developing and implementing change management plans to support successful transitions and build buy-in across the organization.
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks, addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum throughout the transformation journey.
- Monitor and assess program and project performance, track key performance indicators, and report on outcomes to senior leadership, providing regular updates and data-driven recommendations for adjustments and optimizations.
- Facilitate effective communication, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure transparency, alignment, and support for transformation efforts.
- Lead and coach project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and providing guidance to ensure delivery of transformation goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance transformation strategies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives or complex projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning for complex projects.
- Capacity to drive adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless integration and change management.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to build support and buy-in.
- Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide, coach, and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Technical proficiency in relevant systems, platforms, and digital tools.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey transformation vision, strategy, and progress to all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
