Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide program management and coordination support for Office of the Chief of Staff initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis to support senior management, federal sponsors, and team leads
- Identify innovative and effective approaches to improve program planning, execution, and oversight
- Produce bi-weekly high-level briefings, reports, and presentations for senior U.S. Government and partner nation officials
- Ensure complex technical, financial, and programmatic information is communicated clearly and persuasively
- Support project schedule development and maintenance
- Track and analyze cost, schedule, and performance data
- Prepare and manage project status reports and project documentation
- Support the development of project descriptions and supporting materials
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information sharing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, project management, or government support
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Demonstrated experience preparing briefings, reports, and presentations for senior audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a federal environment
- Prior experience working with or supporting NNSA or DOE programs
- Experience with infrastructure, facilities, or large-scale federal programs
- Strong analytical and reporting experience
- Experience briefing senior leaders and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with federal project management and reporting processes
- Master's degree in a related field
LOCATION: This position is on-site in Washington, DC.
SALARY: Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data, internal equity, and the candidate's related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
