SummaryThe Opportunity
Hyatt seeks a collaborative and driven Manager, Brand PR for its Classics brand portfolio to support the continued evolution of Hyatt into an insights-led and brand-focused company. This role contributes to shaping how the Hyatt Regency, Grand Hyatt, Destination by Hyatt, and Hyatt Centric brands are positioned with global audiences. You will play a key role in bringing brand stories to life, supporting the development and execution of communications strategies that resonate with guests, customers, owners, investors, and colleagues worldwide. Working in close partnership with global communications and brand teams, you will help amplify the visibility and relevance of Hyatt's Classics Portfolio. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests.

The Role
As part of Hyatt's Global Communications team, the Manager, Brand PR, Classics Portfolio supports the development and execution of communications strategies for Hyatt's core full-service brands. This role helps bring global narratives to life and ensures alignment across regions, stakeholders, and brand initiatives.
This role is consumer-oriented, with a focus on guests and customers. The colleague in this role must also carefully consider the colleague, owner, and investor audiences. The colleague is accountable for engaging the appropriate subject matter experts and cross-functional partners at the right times to collaborate on the development and execution of strategies that span stakeholders, markets, and regions. Integration is critical.
Key responsibilities include:
• Support the development and execution of global communications strategies that elevate the Hyatt Regency, Grand Hyatt, Destination by Hyatt, and Hyatt Centric brands.
• Contribute to brand and consumer storytelling that highlights the legacy and continued evolution of Hyatt's Classics portfolio.
• Execute integrated communications programs that drive awareness, engagement, and differentiation across markets.
• Partner closely with global brand marketing teams to support campaigns, brand moments, and key initiatives with aligned communications strategies.
• Identify and support PR and media opportunities, contributing to proactive and reactive engagement tied to brand campaigns, openings, and experiences.
• Consistent and frequent collaboration across functions and regions, engaging subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure consistency and successful execution of integrated communications plans.
• Support management of external agency partners to deliver impactful storytelling and media engagement.
• Assist in elevating executive and brand visibility through the development of supporting materials and messaging.
Qualifications
Experience Required:
• 5-7+ years of communications experience, preferably in global brand, consumer, or hospitality environments.
• Creative, data-driven storyteller with experience supporting integrated communications strategies and campaigns.
• Advanced writing and editing skills with proven ability to produce a wide range of materials and content.
• High degree of personal and professional savvy to inspire confidence among audiences at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with detailed timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Travel/tourism/hospitality experience is a strong plus.
Experience Preferred:
• BA or BS in Journalism, Communications, Business, or Marketing.
• Proficient, solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Visual storytelling skills are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal clients, meeting deadlines, and being accommodating to urgent projects.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills and the ability to act with confidence while dealing with various levels and functions.
• Ability to travel globally as required.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
