PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: This role is responsible for supporting the strategy lead in identifying project teams, preparing detailed plans for each functional objectives along with the functional owners, program managing projects and ensuring status reporting to all stakeholders concerned. For cross functional projects where projects are owned by Strategy team, the role requires ownership of outcomes for the project(s)
Qualification: Tier 1 MBA/CA
Experience: 2-4 years of Project Management (design and delivery) (non IT experience)
Knowledge & skills:
• Expertise in project management and delivering transformational projects
• Has a strong working knowledge of management strategies, financial accounting, planning
• Superior communication, interpersonal, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in leading a multi-disciplined team in an extremely fast-moving environment, with the ability to lead, thrive, provide guidance and cut-through in the face of great ambiguity
• Ability to guide and influence project members on issue resolution, with an aim to delivering project outcomes on time and in full
• Capability in managing risks and opportunities of project(s) towards successful delivery
• Has owned delivery outcomes of large cross functional projects
• Knowledge of alcobev industry in India is preferred, but not essential

• Have strong decision-making skills and the determination to see projects through to the end.
• Self-directed and able to work independently
• Ability to multitask with research projects, data analysis, coordination with the executive team
• Willingness to stretch and deliver outcomes
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Business Process Management (BPM):
• Support the strategy lead in identifying project teams, preparation of detailed plans for each functional objectives along with the functional owner, and ensuring feasibility of the plans along with the functional owners.
• Plan, schedule and manage Steering Commitee / Functional Directors meetings, prepare and distribute the agenda and prepare review framework, gather and ensure relevant and actionable performance review information for strategic priorities.
• Prepare the approach to review progress on milestones, plan and manage progress on milestones
• Ensure tracking of progress towards achievement of planned objectives, goals and follow-up of identified issues (including update of risk and opportunities) on a timely basis.
2. Project Management:
• Lead complex, high value projects with minimal guidance & ensure the relevant program structures exist to enable all of the programs of work to operate within the functional vertical
• Actively manage project budget, work plan, quality and schedule.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings to ensure all stakeholders understand project specifications, timelines and responsibilities.
• Operate a systematic program tracking process.
• Ensure that cross program or cross functional risks, issues and dependencies are managed.
• Provide the escalation of issues and risks to the Functional Head to ensure that key decisions can be taken in a timely manner.
• Ensure an appropriate governance mechanism is in place for the overall program of work
• Responsible for implementation of required project management tools such as plans, risks/issue logs, resource heat maps, etc.
3. Change Management:
• Ensure the relevant change management interventions are taken across the program
• Responsible for identification of key change elements of each program.
• Responsible for coaching PMs and project leads to be able to undertake the relevant change interventions, including the deployment of change management tools
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
• Deviation from the planned milestones for strategic initiatives.
• Impact on business: NSV-Profit growth/Savings/Risk mitigation through strategic initiatives.
• Deviation from project milestones & timelines
• Impact of project implementation deviation on business outcomes
• Successful delivery of outcomes of cross functional projects owned by Strategy team
