Marketing Events Intern
Dept: Marketing
Position Reports To: Sr. Coordinator of Events
SUMMARY: The Baltimore Ravens are seeking hardworking, dedicated candidates to support the Marketing Events team for the duration of the 2026 season. Working under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Events and the Sr. Coordinator of Events, the Events Intern is responsible for assisting with event activation and game entertainment elements that enhance fan experience and advance the Ravens marketing goals and objectives.
TIME FRAME: June 2026 - May 2027
DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with events team to coordinate logistics for Ravens tentpole events, such as the Draft Party, Training Camp, Kickoff Party, Fantasy Football, A Purple Evening, Away Game Watch Parties, and more.
- Assist with game entertainment responsibilities as assigned.
- Assist with ordering event materials including signage, credentials, giveaways and more.
- Coordinate communication and deadlines related to events with internal stakeholders to ensure effective teamwork and organizational collaboration.
- Assist with management of vendors and partners for events and on-field activations on gameday.
- Contribute to recapping marketing events and game entertainment reports.
- Oversee event staff to ensure the smooth setup and breakdown of all events.
- Help with stadium event activations and non-gameday operations by supporting planning and execution of Ravens-led events in new stadium spaces.
- Assist with the planning and execution of pregame, halftime, in-game, and postgame promotions and activations for all Ravens home games, including preparations leading up to and cleanup after gameday events.
- Conduct research and provide insights into other industry-wide events, trends, and innovative ideas.
- Provide support to the Marketing Department in the execution of additional duties as assigned.
Required Education and/or Experience:
- Must have graduated college by May 2026
- Bachelor's degree and internship experience in marketing, events, promotions and/or sales, preferably in the sports arena or team related.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must.
- Must have the proven ability to successfully perform and deliver results under tight deadlines/pressure with little supervision, last-minute changes and/or with multiple reporting lines.
Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:
- Passion for the business of sports, customer focus, attention to detail, and operational excellence.
- Must be able to work on and manage several tasks at one time.
- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan, set, and accomplish goals.
- Must enjoy working in a team environment as well as be a self-starter with creativity, complex problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to work long hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as well as have the ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and shuffle items up to 50lbs a must.

- 17.00 / hour overtime eligible
