Job Description

About Tumoohy:

Tumoohy طموحي is AbbVie's Emirati graduate program designed to develop high-potential UAE National talent through a structured 18-24-month rotational journey.
Participants gain hands-on experience, real responsibilities, and cross-functional exposure across AbbVie , building a strong foundation for future careers in the pharmaceutical industry.

Program Tracks & Rotations

For candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical sciences, Business, Marketing, or any relevant field with a strong interest in Marketing Operation roles.

Candidate will rotate across two main functions within Allergan Aesthetics:
Marketing Operations and Allergan Medical Institute (AMI).The rotation provides hands-on exposure to both commercial marketing activities and AMI training and education initiatives across the Gulf region.

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book
• Recent graduate or early-career professional
• Strong interest in the chosen track
• Ability to commit to a full-time onsite role in Dubai
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership
