About the team:
The MPS & DRP Manager leads the Tequila Planning organization to deliver integrated Service, Inventory and Cash outcomes across the end-to-end supply chain.
This role translates business ambition into a principled and scalable planning operating system. It sets direction, drives execution and sustains performance through strong governance, technical rigor, financial acumen and people leadership.
As the overall owner of MPS and DRP, the role ensures synchronization between production, dry components, liquids, market/customer requirements and broader business priorities.
The position reports to the Category Supply Chain Operations Leader and owns the end-to-end MPS & DRP Planning organization for the category. Through the MPS Lead and the DRP Lead, the role drives alignment, capability growth and focused execution across both production planning and deployment.
About the role:
- Global Planning and Logistics agenda across short-term execution and long-term planning, including Loss Analysis, Performance Ambition, 3-Year Plan, Portfolio Simplification, Agility Agenda and Planning Maturity Assessment.
- Oversight of the global Tequila production and distribution network.
- Accountability for Finished Goods inventory across the category and hubs, including Production Capacity governance and Safety Stock policy ownership.
- Direct impact on Working Capital, Service important metrics and execution stability.
- Critical interface between Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial and Finance.
Role Responsibilities:
Accountable for integrated MPS + DRP outcomes across:
- Service (OTIF % / CFR %)
- Inventory health & SLOBs,
- Working Capital & Cash
Lead structured trade-off discussions balancing growth, risk and efficiency.
Ensure planning decisions are financially sound and passionate about business goals.
Set, Implement and Sustain the Planning Operating System
- Define and govern cadence, decision rights, customer concern paths and planning standards.
- Lead S&OE execution for production and distribution.
- Ensure clarity of assumptions, stability zones and scenario governance.
- Reduce reactive environment by strengthening discipline, transparency and accountability.
MPS Excellence
- Safety Stock Policy Owner for finished goods
- Ensure capacity visibility and constraint management across liquids, dry components and bottling.
- Drive plan stability, adherence and frozen zone rigor.
- Integrate scenario planning and structured risk management into decision-making.
- Protect manufacturing efficiency (OEE %, changeovers, agility)
DRP Excellence
- Shipment Forecasting Process Owner for the category.
- Define replenishment strategy and inventory segmentation logic.
- Optimize the distribution plan across markets aligned to service and cash priorities.
- Govern allocation logic during constrained supply situations.
- Improve inventory health and eliminate structural inefficiencies.
Experience / skills required:
- 8-12+ years in Supply Chain with strong exposure to MPS, DRP and IBP.
- Proven leadership of managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial skill (inventory valuation, working capital, financial statements).
- Experience operating in sophisticated, high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
- Strong systems capability (OMP, SAP or equivalent).
- Executive communication and decision-framing skills.
- Strong customer and consumer understanding, with the ability to translate market demand dynamics and service expectations into production and deployment decisions.
- Experience collaborating with Commercial and Customer teams to align replenishment, service levels and network strategies with consumer-centric growth objectives
