Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
- Full-time role with 36 patient contact hours per week (FTE negotiable for less than full-time)
- Flexible 4-day workweek schedule
- EPIC EMR with AI tools for efficient charting
- Patient load: 18-22 patients per day on average
- Support team:
- 1:1 Medical Assistant (MA) ratio goal
- MAs assist with in-basket management
- RNs float between providers and handle all phone triage
- On-site services: Specialty care, advanced imaging, and laboratory
- Resource Pharmacists available

Required Qualifications:
- National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; or Physician Assistant Certification through NCCPA; or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Unrestricted licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or ability to obtain prior to employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- EMR Proficient
- 4+ years of experience working in a Family Medicine primary care setting, independently managing a patient panel
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $110,040 to $139,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
