We have an immediate need for an Office Engineer for an OGS construction project in Brooklyn NY Come join our team! Responsibilities
The Office Engineer part of the project management team with focus on office-based project tasks:Document controlContractor payment processingChange order processingMaintain detailed project files/logsTaking Meeting minutes RFI tracking etc.
Qualifications
Candidates shall possess a minimum of 5 years construction experience on projects over $1M, with basic knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques and payment review and preparation .Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferredStrong oral and written communication skills requiredExperienced with on-line project management software Able to collaborate/coordinate with clients, designers, contractors and field staffPublic agency experience a plus Our Culture:We believe in the power of collaboration.
