background and career motivation:
• Conducting scientific, market, prior art, and patent search and analysis
• Assessing t he commercial viability of new inventions through market research and competitive analysis
• Identifying potential licensees or inventors
• Developing marketing materials
• Assisting with the management of a patent docket, including creating useful patent data and analytics for the office
• Collecting royalty rate research and developing preliminary valuation models
• Assisting in the review of agreements for contract management and organizationSkills / Knowledge / AbilitiesApplicants with a clinical, scientific, technical, business or law background are
