As a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will work under the direct supervision of a pharmacist to ensure the safe and effective delivery of medication services. In this role, you will collaborate with pharmacists and clinical teams to prepare medications accurately, process orders promptly, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards-contributing to high-quality patient care in a behavioral health setting.

Pharmacy Location: Located within Fairmount Behavioral Health System in Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Provides weekend, holiday, and PTO coverage for existing technicians. Weekend and holiday shifts run from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Weekday coverage is Monday through Thursday with shifts of either 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Friday coverage is scheduled from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with preparing and dispensing medications
• Manage medication inventory and ensure regulatory compliance
• Process and verify medication orders accurately
• Maintain records in pharmacy systems and support patient safety

Required Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Pharmacist Technician license in PA or willing to obtain by June 28, 2026
• Recent work as a pharmacy technician

Preferred Qualification:

• Hospital or retail experience

Fairmount Behavioral Health System, located in Philadelphia, PA, is a 169 bed psychiatric hospital providing comprehensive inpatient behavioral health services for adolescents and adults. The facility offers specialized programs including adolescent treatment, adult psychiatric care, women's trauma services, and co occurring mental health and substance use treatment. Set on a 27 acre wooded campus, Fairmount provides a therapeutic, supportive environment for recovery. With 24/7 assessment availability and a wide range of evidence based services, Fairmount Behavioral Health System is a trusted regional provider of compassionate, high quality behavioral health care.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
