Key Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End Project Management

• Drive the planning, execution, and closure of multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects with high complexity, ambiguity, and interdependencies.

Strategic Planning & Roadmapping

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Contribute directly to long-term roadmap development and strategic alignment.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, product owners, and engineering leaders.
• Ensure alignment, clear communication, and expectation-setting throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Issue Management

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and blockers.
• Develop contingency plans and drive timely escalations and resolutions.

Process Improvement & Best Practices

• Champion Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and effective tooling.
• Mentor and guide other project managers in methodologies and execution excellence.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment and support team growth.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Define KPIs, track delivery progress, and regularly report status and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Resource Allocation

• Partner with functional managers to ensure optimal resource planning across initiatives.

Technical Understanding

• Apply solid knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, release management, and development fundamentals to facilitate communication and requirements gathering.
• Understand high-level system architecture, engineering ownership, tech stacks, and dependencies to drive efficient project delivery.

Must-have Skills(Remember to include years of experience)

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership or principal-level roles.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, high-impact software or technology projects from conception to launch.
• Expert-level proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies with the ability to choose and adapt based on context.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, especially in ambiguous environments.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple simultaneous priorities.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
