Private Client Account Manager - Justerini & Brooks

About the Role

Reporting to the Private Client Director, Asia - Justerini & Brooks, this will be responsible for playing a key role in driving sales growth and fostering long term relationships with Private Clients. Responsibilities will include maintain the existing accounts as well as expanding new customer base, maintaining a profound understanding of the wine knowledge, and expanding the wine portfolio to meet client needs. It will also require staying updated on industry trends to ensure a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Private Client accounts, achieve annual individual, and team sales target.
• Customer recruitment in HK & Asia.
• Develop the customer network and maintain the existing accounts with high level of customer services.
• Develop sales in HK and other Asian countries and diversify the portfolio of clients with access to large portfolio from all over the world as well as an extensive Fine Wine collection to meet clients' needs.
• Provide support in wine related events.

Experience We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales roles within the wine & spirit industry
• Passionate about wine.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Creative, enthusiastic and dynamic approach to business with a can-do mindset.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
