As a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable development plans, and ensuring successful delivery of enhancements to the BSS system. You'll work closely with customer service teams, engineers, and vendors to align technical solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and clarify business requirements and identify process improvements for BSS systems.
• Translate requirements into design and test documentation for development and QA teams.
• Coordinate with customer service and engineering teams to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
• Lead the full development lifecycle-from requirements definition to post-deployment support.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovative ideas and process optimization.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong communication between business and engineering teams.
• 3-5 years of experience in project or product management, including stakeholder and vendor coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret design documents from software vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
