The Recreation Supervisor assists in managing the overall operations of the Recreation Department within the hotel. These activities could include beach, pool, catamaran, child activities, and coordinating programs. This person will also have general management responsibilities to include interviewing, scheduling and counseling employees. The Supervisor will work closely with management and leads to coordinate special events within the property. This person will also learn payroll duties for the Recreation department.

This person must have good communication skills and can work in a fast-paced environment. Must be fine with working outdoors all day.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00/hr

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• May require CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard Certification.
• Must be available to work weekends
• Previous experience in recreation or similar role
• Must have previous supervisory experience
• Must have a CA license
