Salary Range - $70,600 - $106,000

The Resort Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the resort's Working Order programs, primarily in the Guestrooms, Public Areas, Outlets, and the Spa. The ideal candidate must be willing to adapt and live our culture of Care, be a team player, have a positive attitude and be a motivational leader with great enthusiasm. This leader will have the skills to problem solve, ensure a safe working environment and improve efficiencies throughout the resort. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule which may include overnights, weekends and emergencies.
Job Description:
• Th is position supports both the Chief Engineer and ADOE in procurement for operational needs.
• Tracks operational materials and equipment and coordinates storage and deployment.
• Tracks and responds to Medalia, and We-care.
• Manage and audits response time and comments in HotSos (maintenance work orders).
• Does quality control of Preventive Maintenance work.
• Sharing regular forecasts, reports, and statistics on working order programs
• Conducting regular site walks and overseeing daily tasks
• Must have excellent verbal and written skills
• Ensure effective energy conservation measures in all areas of operations
• Ensure fire, life, and safety systems are operational and perform related emergency procedures

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3-4 years of hospitality and hotel engineering position
- Hospitality/Facility Management Degree preferred
- Must know about hotel systems such as payroll, scheduling, HotSos, Medallia, Birch street, Markview R12, Webctrl, Saflok, and Lutron.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skill s
- Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
