Growing together.We are seeking a motivated Ivanti UWM suite Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on supporting multiple Ivanti applications within the UWM suite. The ideal candidate will have experience with Ivanti suite of products, solid problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach. The Engineer will stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to support and enhance our business solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Ivanti UWM solutions to ensure performance and user satisfaction
- Assist in troubleshooting issues related to user workspace management, including profile management and policy enforcement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure and efficient UWM solutions
- Support system audits and performance assessments to identify and address potential issues
- Participate in the deployment and configuration of Ivanti UWM software and components
- Help maintain documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting guides
- Stay informed about industry best practices and technologies to improve support processes
- Support training efforts for end-users and internal teams on UWM functionalities
- Participate in On-Call support rotations for critical issues
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Mandatory Skills (Ivanti UWM) Profile :
Ivanti UWM Suite:
- Hands-on experience with Ivanti User Workspace Manager (UWM).
- Acceptable combinations:
- Application Control (AC) - standalone experience is sufficient.
- Environment Manager (EM) - must be paired with Management Center (MC).
- Experience with all five tools preferred: AC, EM, MC/CCA, File Director, Performance Manager.
Windows Administration:
- Strong experience configuring/administering Windows workstations and servers.
- Skills include:
- Group Policy or equivalent 3rd-party tools.
- Logon scripts & Windows Active Setup.
- Registry/filesystem-based configuration.
- User profile management (roaming/temporary).
- Windows security hardening.
- ADM/ADMX template usage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Ivanti Certified Professional)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
