- Collaborate with the team to administer our SharePoint Online tenant
- Provide end-user support for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva Engage, Microsoft Search and other M365 collaboration tools
- Implement and promote governance solutions to support and enforce strong data governance and content management best practices, with a focus on AI capabilities and optimization
- Design and build custom solutions for reporting and administrative requests related to SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Viva Engage
- Leverage AI to analyze usage and support trends
- Create and maintain reference and troubleshooting documentation for all supported M365 collaboration tools
- Actively engage with end-users to address questions, troubleshoot issues and promote best practices via Viva Engage communities
- Evaluate changes to SharePoint capabilities and make recommendations for adoption or accommodation
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience administering and customizing SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365 environments
- experience with SharePoint Advanced Management capabilities
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development process, including web parts, extensions and integration with Microsoft Graph
- Experience implementing data privacy, retention, and access control policies to support basic data security best-practices, as well as secure AI-driven content discovery
- Experience administering additional M365 tools including Viva Engage, Purview, Entra ID, Teams and/or Lists and Forms
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 AI capabilities, including Copilot integration with SharePoint and OneDrive
- Knowledge of project management methods
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles and ethical considerations in enterprise collaboration platforms, specifically around governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Proven proficiency in using PowerShell for SharePoint Online administration, including automation of site provisioning, permission and metadata management, and reporting
- Proficiency in crafting effective prompts and queries for AI tools to enhance productivity and user experience
- Proven commitment to continuous learning through Microsoft Learn, internal learning/enablement programs, or AI-focused training initiatives
