As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, you will lead high-performing teams to deliver scalable, impactful solutions that improve the lives of millions. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic influence, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital healthcare.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple development teams, acting as a hands-on software architect and delivery owner
 - Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement
 - Collaborate with product owners, designers, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver high-quality software solutions
 -  Drive Agile best practices, CI/CD adoption, and engineering excellence across teams. 
Partner with architecture groups to design reusable components, frameworks, and scalable systems - Facilitate cross-functional alignment on major initiatives and ensure timely, high-impact delivery
 - Troubleshoot production issues and guide teams through resolution and post-mortem analysis
 - Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
 
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional software projects
 - Proven track record managing managers and technical leads
 - Solid background in Java (Spring Boot), API development, and NoSQL databases
 - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
 - Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and stakeholder management
 - Proven excellent communication, strategic thinking, and team leadership skills
